Mr. Tom Behrens-Sorensen was elected as Chairman of Danish Chamber of Commerce in China (DCCC) in March 2005. He is concurrently also active in the European Chamber of Commerce in China having chaired the EU Transportation Working Group since 2000. Tom has been heading up the activities of the A.P. Moller- Maersk Group as Chief Executive Officer for the Greater China Area. He holds numerous overseas board positions within the A.P. Moller

| Carsten Bleis - China Ease |

The current vice chairman of the DCCC is one of the founders of the DCCC when it was transformed from the more informal Danish Business Association and has been on the board since 2000 and served as chairman for 2 periods. Carsten Bleis has been an expatriate from Denmark since 1989. He has done business in Asian countries since 1985 and came to settle in China back in 1998 as the chief representative and general manager for Vestas? Chinese business. He left the company early 2003 to stay in China and to create the sourcing company China Ease.

| Jens Eskelund - Maersk |

Jens Eskelund is a three-term member of the DCCC Board and has been a Beijing resident since 1998. He is currently employed by Maersk China Ltd. and has previously worked at the Danish Embassy in Beijing and studied Chinese language at People's University in Beijing. He holds an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Aarhus.

| Michael Ryde - Lundbeck |

Michael Ryde is the General Manager of Lundbeck's operations in China and joined the board in March 2007. He came to Lundbeck in 1994 and has held positions as Finance Director Turkey, Regional CFO Middle East & Africa and License Manager in Lundbeck's Headquarter in Copenhagen. He has both a Masters Degree within Business Administration as well as a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Business Diploma in the area of Financing and Investment.

| Jens Olsen - Volvo |

Jens Olsen has lived and worked in China for the past 16 years. He started his career with the East Asiatic Company (EAC) in China where he holds various positions before he joined NEG Micon A/S in 1999 as Chief Representative. After the merger with Vestas Wind Systems A/S he continued as Chief Representative and Director of Sales and Marketing. He left Vestas in 2006 and joined Volvo Trucks Greater China as Vice President. Jens Olsen has been a member of DCCC Board since 2001 and is today elected State Representative for Denmark in the EUCC Executive Board.

| Jens Purup Krogh - Access People |

Mr. Jens Purup Krog joined DCCC board in 2005. He is currently the director of Access People (www.access-people.com ). He has working experience from Royal Danish Embassy in Beijing and recruitment in Asia. He holds a Master degree in Political Science and East Asian studies.

| Ulla Payreen Lyders - China Access |

Ulla Payreen Lyders joined the Board of Danish Chamber of Commerce at the annual general meeting on March 17, 2006. Ms. Lyders holds a master's degree in Chinese language and culture and intercultural communications and International development. During the 90'ties she functioned as coordinator for Danish and Chinese business and government delegations and assisted Danish companies in China as a freelance consultant. Ms. Lyders has experience from the Royal Danish Embassy in Beijing where she worked until 2001 where she established the consultancy and marketing company, China Access, assisting small and medium sized enterprises in entering the Chinese market.

| Humphrey Lau - Novozymes |

Humphrey Lau is the President of Novozymes China and joined the DCCC board on March 21, 2007. Humphrey joined NNE in 1993 as Project Manager and became the first General Manager of operations in TEDA (Tianjin). In 1998 he joined EBM as Executive Assistant to Steen Riisgaard. Since 1999, he has been working in Business Operations, initially in the New Business Unit. He subsequently headed up the global leather business in 2000, and the global textile business in 2002. Since 2005, Humphrey has been Marketing Director for the Grain Processing Industries. He hold a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and a Business degree (HD) from Copenhagen Business School.

| Eric Messerschmidt |

Eric Messerschmidt is new DCCC board member as of April 1st 2008. Since 2005 Eric has been Director CEO of The Danish Cultural Institute in Beijing. Eric holds an MS? from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen, School of Architecture (Department of Urban Design). Eric has written several books dealing with subject of Architecture as well as articles which have been published throughout the world. In addition Eric has a vast amount of teaching experience from Aarhus School of Architecture, Lund University and University of Aalborg as well as Qinghua University and the Technical University of Nanjing. Since 2003 Eric has lived permanently in Beijing.

| Cathy Duan |

Cathy Duan took on the role as General Manager for Danish Chamber as of Feb. 2006. She is accountable for all operational aspects of the Chamber, ensuring future growth by meeting members expectations, organizing events, raising DCCC profile with Chinese and Danish authorities, strengthening the cooperation with other European and Chinese business organizations. She has a Master degree in International Relationship from China Foreign Affairs University.
